Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our return window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. It must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
We accept returns for most products sold on our platform. Returns for hygiene sensitive, perishable, customized, or sealed media items may be rejected.
Return processing
You must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase. Do not ship products to the manufacturer.
Once the returned item reaches our facility, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable period.

Sale items
Sale and discounted products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Only items at regular price qualify.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only processed for defective or damaged products. Email support@nestprimeventures.com with photos and order details to request an exchange. Ship the item to the address we provide in our email reply.
Shipping returns
To return an item, you must ship it to the return address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping fees. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For high value returns, use a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked shipments.
