I received my order after getting a refund. What can I do?

If the refund has already been issued, contact our support team. You can return the delivered item or repay the amount using any available payment method.

Track your order using the tracking link shared on WhatsApp or email. If there is no update for 48 hours, contact customer support.

What if the package is held by customs?

If the contents of the parcel are suspicious to customs officers (for example, many identical goods), it may be further checked.

If the resolution time for the dispute is excessively prolonged, and you prefer not to wait, what actions should be taken?
